NFT ownership stays with the holder. The renter receives temporary access to the Agent utility layer.

3. Renter starts a time-limited session
4. Sandbox GHI unlocks dashboard and alerts for the renter
5. When time expires, access ends
6. NFT never leaves the holder wallet
